After the fulfillment of commercial terms, the residents are relocated to rented apartments, making the building ready to be handed over for redevelopment. The sanctioned plan will be followed to initiate and complete the redevelopment process.

FINAL PLANS & SANCTION

Then, the committee is provided with a final draft of the techno-commercial plan that includes building sketches and legal agreements. Next, the necessary sanctions are obtained from the municipal or local authorities.
